I've gone to see Kim multiple times for multiple holidays. She always goes out of her way and is so helpful. The whole team at HelloWorld are great. I was contacting them all the way from Rome about an issue and they were very attentive and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend to anyone.

We had Anna organise our travel for us. We had our exact requests met and desired budget met. This allowed for the planning to be the completely lifted of stress, as we were able to enjoy the process. Extremely helpful, attention to detail and efficient in every aspect of the planning. Anna was sure to answer any questions via email if anything arose, replied quickly and full of information. I Would give 6 stars if possible! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a stress free travel plan!

Anna helped us organise our 7 week European adventure in the most efficient and cost effective way. As first time travellers, she gave us great advice, booked all transport required and made sure we were all set to go up until the day we left. The service was incredible and would recommend for any type of traveller.

The best travel agency in Canberra! All the staff there are super helpful and friendly. I have been organizing all my trips there for the past 4 years and they never disappoint me. It saves me a lot of trouble! I never have to worry about anything! A very responsible agency as well— they always make sure I understand everything before departure. Thank you very much Helloworld Belconnen I’m able enjoy my trips to the fullest. Highly recommend them!

Kim Hall was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and issues. We did run into a significant issue when leaving the US concerning the way our tickets were booked. I am not entirely sure what the issue was but the issue of it being a one way booking the computer chucked out our seat assignments. It was confusing but United got it sorted out after a bit of time on the phone. Good thing we arrived super early for our flight.

We have used Helloworld Travel Belconnen for several years. To date, they are without doubt, the best around. Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous staff are always on hand to assist. Our favourite staff member is Kimberly Hall. Nothing is ever to hard for Kim. Go see them. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been going to Hello World to book our travel for years. Wendy booked our trip to Europe and the experience was excellent. Her attention to detail and wonderful customer service ensured that our holiday was well planned and that we secured the best rates possible. We booked our flight to the States this year through Helloworld for the first time. Kim was recommended to us by friends but we have found all the staff in the Belconnen office to be very pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with the bookings Kim organised for us and have booked our February trip. Kim advised us on our return that an airline in the States had cancelled a flight so she offered a couple of suggestions with a preferred option. We appreciated Kim looking at alternate flight routes and times before contacting us as it made it very easy for us to make a decision. Highly recommend Helloworld!

I have visited Belconnen office and Wendy was a travel agent who has helped me. She is such an angel, polite and friendly and at the same time very knowledgeable. She was able to find the best connections for me and my son and organised all very efficiently. The best travel agent ever, I hope my travel experience would be as good as dealing with Wendy.

Would like to commend Kim Abraham of Helloworld Travel Belconnen for her excellent arranging of my recent international travel tickets. Kim’s communication was always prompt and clear, she took extra trouble to follow up and clarify my details, and was very patient and understanding with my mistakes!
